Thompson V. Smith

This case was originally heard in Department One, and an opinion was filed November 9, 1960, which was reported in 157 Wash. Dec. 179. On rehearing, while we adhere to some of the views expressed in the departmental opinion, we have arrived at substantially different conclusions.
