Thompson v. State

1 Having been certified to stand trial as an adult, William Wayne Thompson was tried for First Degree Murder [21 O.S. 1981 ? 701.7 [21-701.7](A)] in Grady County District Court, Case No. CRF-83-45. The jury found him guilty as charged and fixed his punishment at death. Judgment and sentence were rendered accordingly and appellant appeals. We affirm.
