Dr. A. Sampath Kumar is Professor of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at the All India Institute of Medical Science. Educated in Bangalore (MBBS) and at the AIIMS (MS, MCh), he has more than three decades of professional experience. He has published more than a hundred and fifty scientific papers and chapters in surgical textbooks and a book on Patient’s Rights.
