Follows the Same As Before...meh
Again, the idea behind this snippet of a book is interesting and would have made a good book, but the author doesn’t take the time to flesh it out. Everything happens extremely fast, with very little details included, so it comes off as a short story again. Not a satisfying P&P variation if you like to savour the books you read. However, if you have only five seconds to spare, then this book is for you. Can anyone please explain the massive rush to marry Mary and Colonel Fitzwilliam off in three weeks time?? And to have it happen at Rosings, instead of Longbourn, merely because Richard wants to introduce Mary to his Aunt and cousin?? Especially when they don’t even have a place to live yet?!
If you like short stories with no details, such as actually having a courtship between the story’s two main characters, actually planning the main wedding of the story, and having all of the book’s characters actually take the time to meet each other and be present for the main wedding, then this book is for you! Otherwise it’s merely a frustrating cash grab against loyal P&P variation lovers and a waste of money.
