Time Corps #7

The crew of the Venice Beach Time Corps sub-station must chase down a dangerous adversary, a wanderer from the hobo jungles of the Great Depression, in the midst of a busy day on the Boardwalk.  Adding to their problems is malfunctioning equipment and a secondary target they must not allow their primary target to contact.  Meanwhile, various intrigues continue.
