Time for Africa

Africa is a continent brimming with talent. Some recognize its undeniable economic potential and are already investing in it. Its resources, natural and human, are as diverse as they are abundant. But for this bright future to become a reality, the continent must address a number of challenges. Africa is facing many obstacles: economic, social, political, demographic, ecological, energetic and cultural. I wrote this book to prepare decision-makers in the public and private sector —?as well as all Africans?— to overcome these challenges, because by mobilizing all its resources, the continent can build its future. Based on a careful analysis of the situation, this book offers ways to reduce poverty and lead the continent along the path of inclusive and sustainable growth.
