This book of poetry is Karen's first work and was inspired by the birth of her son. She was told she would not be able to have children and defied the odds with the birth of Jeffery. But he was born weeks early and weighed just over a pound. In Tiny Hands, Karen pours her heart on the paper about her journey and the emotions that ruled her life.
