This is the story of a man stripped of his sanity, a woman robbed of her husband, also a young boy who lost the love of his father: And his friends who were torn apart by War, Love, and Murder. Jackson Blake was a young man who was drafted into service during the Vietnam Era. Christina Blake was a loving wife and mother, only through tenacity she did survived for the sake of her son. And six beautiful girls who were only in the way.


Our men and women going off to war are healthy and well, some will return in a close semblance to who they were upon leaving their lives in arrears, but most will not. Many return with broken bodies, minds, and spirits. The wives, husbands and children who are left behind suffer, just in a different way. Holding onto hope that may never materialize. Through their struggles some may fall into deep despair. This novel is about one of our brave men and his wife and son almost destroyed by his suffering, bringing home an empty shell of the man he was before going off to a disparaging war.
