To Conspire Again

FBI AGENT “SLAYER” SAVA, relegated to a lowly position in Africa after a major work failure, is sent to an isolated jungle to assist the Congolese with investigating an unusual death. His hope for a quick redemption is jeopardized when a major US political figure and an Infinitas doctor disappear in the same jungle.

 

Slayer and NEVA BOUDREAUX, a US embassy official sent to aid him, are in the right place to collect intelligence on the official’s whereabouts when the United Nations demands answers. They face an uncooperative Congolese general and eerily skilled rebel soldiers determined to stop their, or anyone else’s, interference. As the death toll rises, and Slayer and Neva fight to stay alive and complete their mission, they discover that each of them have their own agenda which could leave one of them dead and neighboring countries at war.

Q: Can this book be enjoyed without having read To Die Again or To Kill Again?

A: Slayer is a returning minor character from To Die Again, and while it might give you more insight into his character to read that book first, To Conspire Again will introduce you to the world of the Infinitas as the story unfolds. Be prepared for spoilers, though, as things that occur or are mentioned in To Conspire Again often refer back to major events and people in the first two books. I would recommend reading books one and two in the series first.

 

Q: Will the main characters in To Die Again and To Kill Again have their own stories or play important roles again in future books?

A: Absolutely. You are meeting the key players in the first books for the entire series. Some will be in all the books and play important roles. Some will have more than one book dedicated to their story.
