Eighteen-year-old Jordan's parents died a year ago and now life isn't easy for him or his young sister Stephenie. Jordan decides that what they need is a sailing holiday in the South Pacific. All goes well until they reach the mysterious islands of Vanuatu and are recruited into the search for a missing secret service agent. Then strange and dangerous things begin to happen.
