Toby the Pomermaidian

Big hearts and stories can come in small packages! Toby is a disabled pomeranian in a little wheelchair who is inspired by his love of the beach.  He finds a sense of belonging with his seal friends who are a lot like him! The local mermaid festival is right around the corner, and it sparks his biggest dream: to sparkle and shine as a mermaid! It's a story about loving oneself for everything that makes us unique, and finding self expression through all obstacles!
