I have written this book with the hope it opens the eyes of sports fans around the globe who are unaware what a professional athlete must sacrifice in order to achieve their dreams. In sports there is a big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but much has to fall into place in order to grab a piece of it and one must be prepared to deal with countless setbacks and pitfalls.
