Mr. Jerome lives in a small town called Scranton. Scranton is a very pleasant neighborhood. People there are very nice and peaceful, unlike Mr. Jerome; he was the discordant note within. People were very happy there until bad things began happening, especially to dogs. The people of Scranton would soon discover that Mr. Jerome was a very despicable man. Not knowing that life had prepared him an unforeseeable experience he would soon discover the true meaning of: "What you did, we will do."
