Both stories were well written, the descriptions of sceneries & characters clear, the stories riveting, even intense; had my heart pounding.
I read the “Author’s Note”, was truly moved about the father. I know for sure the author’s dad is smiling & proud, saying “ that’s my bonny lass/girl”
