Uncontrollable Control

Greetings earthlings!!! Welcome to my world. I suffer from many diagnosed mental instabilities that stem from childhood physical, emotional, and sexual trauma. So I decided that because it's really uncontrollable, and the only thing that can really be done is it can be managed; I decided to do one of the things i do best. Write poetry. Reading this, my hope is that you will overstand more how my mind works. I have D.I.D, paranoid schzoprenia, PTSD, bipolar 1&2, seizures; so my poems are all of my alters taking part in writing. I also want to show that even through adversity, you can accomplish great things.
