Publisher Description
Discover the rivals-to-lovers small-town romance from NYT bestselling author Melody Grace, perfect for fans of Elsie Silver and Meghan Quinn!
Ash Callahan is a grumpy, calculating businessman… So why can’t I keep my eyes (and hands) off him?
I’ve never been impulsive, but when I inherit my grandmother’s old bed and breakfast, I quit everything to start over in Beachwood Bay: the sleepy coastal town that’s home to old memories, new friends — and the one man I never saw coming.
Ash Callahan.
We spent a wild night together, but now I know exactly who he is… and his next real estate project could spell the end for my B&B dreams. Soon, we’re facing off over the town’s future — and I’m not afraid to play dirty.
Problem is, he isn’t, either.
As our rivalry - and attraction - heats up, can we find a way to settle the score… and win our happily-ever-after?

Wonderful ending
Just what you'd expect and much more. Waited to read Ash's love story and was pleased the extras at the end were great sad to see the end of Beachwood bay
