Wow. Powerful!
I am ashamed to admit that during the media circus that followed Abby’s departure from Planned Parenthood back in ‘09, I bought into the rumours that she was truly doing harm to women by attacking an organization that was essential to healthcare. This book turned my opinions inside out. Abby is a gifted writer and infuses her own humour and personality into an otherwise bleak and complicated subject matter. Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down- I read it in one sitting! Highly recommend for readers on “both sides of the fence”.
