At the seventeenth year of her life, Mackenzie May is not the typical definition of a good girl. In reality, if asked to define herself, she’d say she has always been more like the villain of the story.

Five years after a painful divorce, she is still angry and upset with her parents. Especially her father, a successful businessman who had moved to another state to live with his new wife’s wealthy family.
