Urban Soul

The poems in this book were written to acknowledge lifes challenges which show no favoritism to race nor social status and cross various cultural boundaries. The poems are also designed to provide a positive outlook on some common situations and pay homage to individuals who have paved the way for others. Through the use of poetry, lessons are learned, knowledge is gained, and perception can be changed.
