Vaginal Births vs Cesarean Births is a book we wrote aimed at educating moms and families. We wanted moms and families to be informed before making decisions about their personal birth plans. In this book, we discuss: Pros and cons of both vaginal and cesarean delivery, the prevalence of cesarean sections, obstetrician and midwives and their attitudes towards cesarean sections, reasons for cesarean sections, lasting effects post cesarean section, recovery time for both, and education for both.
