Publisher Description

Appellant, David Dan Valdez, was convicted by a jury of the offense of felony theft of property with a value of over $200,000. In five points of error, appellant contends: (1) the evidence was legally insufficient on the evidence of value to support his conviction; (2) the evidence was factually insufficient on the evidence of value to support his conviction; and (3) the trial court erred in finding the State had complied with a discovery order, and such error violated his rights under the United States Constitution, the Texas Constitution, and article 39.14 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. We affirm.
