Variations is a collection of short stories about transgender changes done with magic or mad science. Previously published on Fictionmania, these stories have been updated and polished for a better read.

"The Final Rings" is the story of four friends who are going to be the last to graduate from their small-town high school. They find out that their class rings, the last ones for that school, contain enough magic to make their last year memorable.

"Notes on the Misapplications of Mad Science" is about a genius who has something special in mind for his best friend for Halloween.
