Visual Arts - Teaching Resource

This chapter will explore my journey of making and responding within a practical workshop and how I've used this practice towards my final painting inspired by my chosen artist, I found and chose during my trip to The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV). In this chapter you will explore my progression in art work and creations within a weekly workshop, as well as my own personal practical development to contribute to my final piece. This chapter will explore four lessons for a class of grade three and four students. The subject of all four lessons will be Art and two lessons will have a media focus with one lesson focussing on responding and another focussing on making. The other two lessons will have a Visual Arts focus with one lesson focussing on responding and the other focussing on making.
