Vogelsburg v. Mason & Hanger Co‪.‬

Action brought by plaintiff, Henry T. Vogelsburg, against defendant, Mason & Hanger Co., to recover damages for personal injury sustained by plaintiff as the result of defendants failure to furnish a safe place in a manufacturing plant which it was constructing for use by plaintiffs employer. Upon a trial by jury it returned a special verdict, upon which judgment was ordered by the court and entered against defendant for plaintiffs recovery of the damages assessed by the jury. Defendant appealed from the judgment.
