his case is before us on petition for certiorari to review an interlocutory order denying motion to dismiss the bill of complaint
as to W. J. Crosby and Wilton E. Johnson as surviving executors of and trustees under the will of E. L. Wartman, deceased.
The bill of complaint was filed by Elta Burleson as executrix of the last will and testament and codicil thereto of Ada Burleson
Wartman, deceased, Eugene T. Burleson, Margaret Levy and Eugenia B. Rothschild.
