W. L. Hanson and Another v. Homeland

Action in the district court for Hennepin county under a policy of insurance issued by defendant to plaintiffs to recover $1,250 for the loss by theft of an automobile trailer claimed to be the property of plaintiffs. The case was tried before Frank E. Reed, Judge, and a jury. At the close of plaintiffs case, the court directed a verdict of $1,250 for plaintiffs, and defendant appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
