Story of the trail of tears concerning the Cherokee Indians, their Chieftains, Tennessee tribes that escaped, lived with Melungeon people of Tennessee, resident of Northwest Alabama. Former nun that practiced white man medicine as well as the Cherokee poultices, raised triplet young warriors who later became a physician, engineer, and politician in Kentucky. Defied the Civil War and promoted many other trades and taught them the English way of life.
