Walter Carter v. State Indiana

This is an appeal by defendants-appellants, Walter Carter and Vernon Cole (Carter and Cole), who were charged by Indictment with Robbery By Putting In Fear and convicted of the lesser included offense of Theft From The Person of James E. Martin (Martin), both being sentenced for one to ten years terms. We affirm.
