Right words at the right time
The words Dr Mate wrote came into my life at the right time. I didn't want to read another book like this but something pushed me (in my case an outsider who took the time to listen and hear my truths) to do it. Read it all in 24 hours (I like science when it's on TV so I skipped the technical stuff - I presumed Dr Mate studied and hasn't been kicked out of the College). Insomnia is a side effect of stress I guess. It won't be for everyone - you need to hear your truths in the discourse. I did. If you don't, you weren't ready to hear them (assuming you pick up the book because there is a need in your life). I needed to make those connection, I was open to making them and it gave me hope that I needed along with some tools and perspectives. I'm going to actually read some stuff from the footnotes. Haven't done that since University. Thanks Doc.
