Where is Long Awaited 3G‪?‬

India's 3G auctions concluded after 34 days with more than $15 billion in revenues for the Indian government - nearly double the goal set for both the 3G and BWA auctions combined while Bangladesh confirmed that the country will offer 3G licences by the end of August but, when Pakistan to launch long awaited 3G?
