Ok read
It was interesting to read about Finnish customs and the plight of the Saimaa ringed seal. I was surprised at how quickly Litza, a small town American girl, adjusted to having a sauna with a naked stranger. Normal for the Finns but not for Americans.
As a romantic suspense story, it kind of fell a little short. I didn’t really connect with the characters and felt they were a bit wooden and one dimensional. As a romance, I didn’t see how the feelings developed. The author, did however, do a good job of showing how Litza no longer trusted her perception of others.
