As Camelita La’Rue battles her internal demons from her childhood in a mental hospital, a hurricane named Katrina may change her life forever. Her mother Carmen, a restaurant owner of Carmen’s Creole Soul has her daughters Diamond and Ruby as well as her own life to survive in New Orleans. Can they find love and keep the family together, while yet another tragic event comes down on them?
