About the Author

Amy Catherine Walton (1849 – 1939) was an English author of Christian children's books. She married Octavius Frank Walton and they moved to Jerusalem, where Octavius ministered in a church on Mount Zion. Later they moved to Scotland to serve the Lord there. Amy's books Christie's Old Organ and A Peep Behind the Scenes are her best-known works.
