Most teenagers struggle to find their true identity. But for Kris Novoselic, the struggle is very real. Born intersex, Kristina’s parents elected to list her as male and raised her as their son, Kris. It isn’t until college that Kris finds the courage and the support to embrace her true identity and to say [this is] Who I am. But it is not without backlash and conflict from family and friends.
