Why does he do that
A seriously fantastic book that I would recommend to any of my friends who are going through a toxic relationship (Or when I need refreshing myself).
There is so much insight and explanations as to why someone may behave abusively.
I think everybody should have a paper copy of this book.
Internally healing
After experiencing an abusive marriage, I found myself crying reading this book - because I was always plagued with the thoughts that maybe I was mistaken, maybe I wasn’t being abused and was just too sensitive, etc. After reading this book I understand my situation far better, and able to heal and process things in a new light, as well being aware of abuse in the future and also help my family and friends.
