The Beaumont family sold their ranch and left in disgrace after being shamed by the horrific actions of Jackson Beaumont. The new owners, the Rodwells, renamed the ranch Willow Downs and brought new drama to the ranching community. People like to dwell on the bad so they overlook the good.
