Wise Up‪!‬

Finally, a book has been written that tackles some of the biggest issues of our times: rudeness, impoliteness, inconsideration, entitlement, ignorance, thoughtlessness, selfishness, tactlessness, witlessness, haughtiness, pugnacity, superciliousness, pomposity, obliviousness, and the one attribute that sums up all of them—pigheadedness.


These pages contain the essence of what we, Walt and Tom Foolery, have determined is wrong with our society: that very few individuals have the guts to tell each other the truth. Veracity and candor are words no longer found in our vernacular, having been stricken from the lexicon and replaced by terms like "politically correct,” an ill-fated transgression that has created  one gigantic asexual class of entitled, pussified, and socially inept misfits. Take a look around—it's embarrassing. A once tough, determined, and innovative group of people has been transformed into a bunch of thin-skinned, truth-dodging, candy-assed, yellow-bellied, fourth-place trophy recipients. 


Somewhere along the line, society has allowed giant pods of delicate flowers to start running the show. Their motto? "If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all." This is obviously where the problem lies. But since we aren't supposed to say what needs to be said, we decided to write it instead. We found a loophole. So stick it, wallflowers!


WISE UP! is a pure and honest assessment of a broken society that has fallen from grace. Our intent is to change the trajectory our country is on, starting right now!
