Cristiano and Scarlett’s story is intensely enticing and positively captivating. They both have deep scars and trust doesn’t come easily for either of them. They live in a world that’s filled with blood and greed. Revenge is what Cristiano seeks but in the process will he discover that Scarlett may be his saving grace. When they both discover that they need each other is is to late.
This story is definitely riveting and will draw you in until the very end.

Scarlett De La Cruz is an innocent pawn in a war for territory and money. There is a large ensemble cast of dangerous and violent secondary and supporting characters including Cristiano’s brother Dante, and their uncle David; Scarlett’s uncle Jacob,and her half-brothers Angel and Diego; competing Mafia head Marcus Rinaldi; attorney Charlie Lombardi; Mafia soldier Alec; house manager Lenore; and Scarlett’s younger brother Noah.
