Wounded Dragons

The Great Darkness ended five hundred years ago when the Arch Mage Arkedellon trapped the Greater Demon Calimus within the Crystal in the Gray Tower upon the Sacred Isle.

Since that time, the world of Azind has been at peace for the most part, believing that Calimus and his band of Sorcerers known as the Accursed had been destroyed.  But things have begun to change once again; creatures of the darkness have come out of the Wilderlands to raid and plunder, shattering the peace and prosperity of the last five centuries.

Now, it is up to two half-Elf brothers and their Dwarven foster-father, a royal Prince of Velan, and a mysterious Druid to bring the Seven Realms together to face the coming threat.

Tanerak Adragone is the eldest son of the last Dragonlord, though he does not wish to have it known; and with the threat to the Seven Realms, he may be forced to claim his birthright, though it will mean breaking his oath to his dying mother.  The fate of Azind may hang upon what he decides to do with this unwanted birthright.  Will he search out his destiny and bring the Dragons back from 'beyond the veil', or will he choose to honor his oath?
