You comma Idiot
This is pretty good stuff for a first-time author, and if you grew up in any of the English speaking neighborhoods in Montreal, you'll easily relate to the scene Doug has set. I will say that I thought I had the plot figured out, and wasn't even close! Writing style takes a bit of getting used to, but once you're into the book, you're hooked. I'd love to read more from Doug, but I fear this was a "bucket list" labour of love for him. I hope not....
