Better than expected

I have adhd and anxiety. And living in a constant mess makes it so much worse. I have never found anything long term that works and keeps working. I finished this book soo fast because I liked everything she was saying (and also because I was incredibly desperate for a solution). For now, I’m making amazing progress that I never thought possible. I will come back and correct or delete this review if it turns out not to be a long term solution but I am so hopeful and proud. Because it’s still me doing all the work, it’s just that nobody ever thought me a way to do the work without going insane and feeling helpless. So, as long as this review is here, this is working, I’m doing the work, and I have actual energy left to deal with my mental health which is helping it A LOT. Thank you Dana, for writing this amazing book.
