Maggie Meets - Bruce Dickinson

Iron Maiden’s frontman Bruce Dickinson has lived an incredible life. He’s a novelist, a businessman and competitive fencer and one of the few rock stars to have taken his band on tour in a customised Boeing 747 that he piloted himself. In this immersive documentary recorded ahead of The Book of Souls World Tour, Bruce talks to Maggie Lee about his work as a commercial pilot and his love of music, alongside teaching Maggie to fly. Sharing his extraordinary enthusiasm for learning, Bruce talks about his path into music and how he dealt with a singer’s worst nightmare - throat cancer - revealing how he lives by the maxim that 'time waits for no man.’
