His enthusiasm for the subject matter makes him the perfect narrator, and his droll delivery emphasises the sharp wit of his words. The book turns imposing classical texts into easily digested tales full of down-to-earth wisdom about our own lives—you’ll reach the end feeling thoroughly entertained and a little bit smarter.

chaotic fragmentation
5 stars for the story and narration but it would be a much better experience if each track contained an entire chapter or if at the very least there was a table of contents - right now the chapters are randomly spread over several tracks, which makes it impossible to have an overview and relisten to certain stories
