This is the operations manual handed to high-ranking officials involved in the program. It contains not only the locations of their most top-secret facilities—rankings and personnel responsibilities—but also a complete list of all entities currently under SCP authority. 

This book contains the first 100 SCPs, SCP-001 through SCP-100. More leaked information will drop soon.
