Beschreibung des Verlags
Starting from the first week of May'2022, over almost the last two years, we published a series of 108 posts on LinkedIn covering various concepts and questions from Vedanta.
Vedanta is knowledge given in the Upanishads, the earliest philosophical records known to humankind. They summarize the experiences of various sages and the methods they used to realize the common thread that makes the fabric of this universe.
If we notice, everything around us seems different. We, as a human, are different from other humans. Also, there are countless animals, plants, and other life forms different from one another. There seems to be nothing common among us.
But, these sages found that if we ignore the external differences of name and form, we will see the common thread that makes all of us. Not only materially, but the consciousness that we all have is also an undivided thread. They noted their findings and the methods they used in various Upanishads.
Using Upanisads, acquiring Vedantic knowledge involves three steps - Shravan (Study), Manan (Contemplation), and Nidhidhyasan (Meditation).
The first two steps require the seeker to study and ask questions to make their understanding concrete so that they can Meditate on it to make Vedantic teachings a reality.
This book aims to support the first two steps by answering questions and clearing doubts to help readers progress on spiritual paths.
