They call me soft until they see what I’ll do to protect what’s mine.

She’s chaos, fire wrapped in a human body. I meet her during a rescue gone wrong, her hands bloody, her mind spiraling. She doesn’t trust easily, but when she looks at me like I’m the only thing keeping her sane, I feel it.
