The fifth full-length manual addresses the detail of the organisation’s approach to managing risk. This new manual proposes a fundamental review of how Board’s think about risk, based on the learning offered by the COVID-19 pandemic and an appreciation of how risk and resilience are interconnected.

This manual forms part of the growing resilience resource contained within The Complete Post-Pandemic Resilience Toolkit.
