Absolute Surrender

“My Lord, I and all that I have are Yours” (1 Kings 20:4). These are the words of absolute surrender with which every child of God ought to yield himself to his Father. 

     We have heard it before, but we need to hear it again very clearly – the condition of God’s blessing is absolute surrender of everything into His hands. If our hearts are willing to do that, there is no end to what God will do for us, or to the blessing God will bestow.

     In ABSOLUTE SURRENDER Andrew Murray unequivocally states that there is no other choice for us; we must either deny self or deny Christ. “If I am something, then God is not everything; but when I become nothing, then God can become all.”
