short and sweet
This short ebook is a pragmatic guide for getting a real Agile transition going in large organization. The short section on Push vs. Pull is extremely well conceived and the most succinct description of the concept that I've seen in the literature. The book is a quick read, but all the important stuff is there and very well said.
