This is no such story.
In a parody of popular video game and tabletop RPGs, meet T'zixx Cogscrew. He's a goblin – the weakest of monsters living on the Altany Plains. Like all goblins, he is hunted by adventurers and the stronger monsters in the realm. Unlike other goblins, T'zixx is a complete and utter coward living by the seat of his rags. So when he finds himself forced on a quest, a quest with the fate of all life hanging in the balance, he is unprepared to say the least.
T'zixx is not your typical hero and this is not your typical tale.
